Started since Feb 22nd 2006, Lin Yuan steamboat is not just any steamboat. We use only the freshest seafood brought in from Pulau Ketam everyday. It takes 4 – 5 hours to make our soup base everyday by using tender chicken meat and quality dry seafood. Our soup is 100% natural without any MSG or preservatives.
To make steamboat a healthier choice for our patrons, we creatively introduced our specialty, the 'Golden Pumpkin Porridge' soup base. Pumpkin is rich in vitamins and tastes delicious when it is made into porridge, especially when added with seafood, meat and vegetables. Being the first in Malaysia to have such a specialty, you must give it a try! The response has been excellent since we introduced 'Golden Pumpkin Porridge' to our patrons.
Apart from steamboat, our restaurant also serves Chinese cuisine. Take your pick from simple Chinese dishes such as mouth-watering Fried YeeMee to crispy Deep Fried Sotong with pepper & salt to the delectable Fried Crab with salted egg, there’s always something for everyone.
